Psychosynthesis Counselling in Bristol
What I offer
Life is a journey. Sometimes things get complicated. We lose our way and we
need to get back on track. Within us lie the answers to how we achieve this – Psychosynthesis
is a way to help us find them.
I offer one to one Counselling sessions either face to face or via the internet (Skype). Often I work with people at key life stages to help them move forward in a positive way. This includes exploring relationship and work issues, redundancy, bereavement and loss, and looking at the big questions around the meaning of life and where we are going. If you are confused or uncertain, feel like you are at a crossroads or a dead end, Psychosynthesis can support you to achieve clarity and direction. More about Psychosynthesis
How I work
I provide a safe and confidential space for people to talk, think, feel and explore. If it’s appropriate we can use some of the creative techniques that Psychosynthesis offers to reach a better understanding of the factors that might be concerning you or holding you back. I work with people at their own pace.
Sessions
Sessions are held at The Centre for Whole Health in Bedminster. I also see clients at Fulcrum House in Redland.
People generally see me for a minimum of six sessions. Sometimes this is enough; some people may need more. I offer an initial free session. This is a chance for us to meet and make sure we are comfortable with each other.
Subsequent sessions are £42 and last for 50 minutes. If six sessions are paid for in a block I offer the reduced price of £240. Some concessions are available.
